During our lives we will all encounter highs and lows, sometimes wondering how we are to cope with the past, present and future.  Our issues may be at home, work or with the world itself, creating an unbalance within us.

Counselling is a safe, non judgemental and confidential space for you to speak of your fears, worries and problems, then to find ways to resolve them and move forward with your life, with new and different patterns of behaviours.  It is not for a counsellor to tell you what to do, as each person is an individual, it is for you to find out what works for you and helps your situation.

My Approach

As a Humanistic counsellor, I work with a range of theories depending on what you bring, integrating the theories for an individual approach. The relationship we build will be vital to the outcome that you achieve, using strong foundations to create a safe and honest environment for exploration, change and growth. I believe that each person is an expert in their own wellbeing and our relationship will allow you to explore the choices you have for your future.
